Garrett is CEO of Hearts & Science UK, having helped launch the agency in 2017. As CEO, he is the central architect of the agency vision and ensures it is delivered in the agency’s day-to-day behaviours and work. Under his leadership Hearts UK was the fastest growing agency in 2024, thanks to major client wins like Allwyn (The National Lottery), Jaguar Land Rover and Goldman Sachs, as well as consolidating and expanding existing client relationships with Go.Compare and Freely. He holds a number of accreditations including MIPA Accreditation – the IPA’s badge of professionalism – and was awarded Media Week’s Media Leader of the Year in 2024.
