With over 25 years’ service, Tom is Executive Creative Director at EssenceMediacom, the UK’s largest media agency, part of WPP Media. His role sees him working with many of the agency’s largest clients on big bold ideas across all forms of non-traditional media including branded ents, sponsorship activation and partnerships. In addition to his job at EssenceMediacom, he’s also the dad behind the million-followed, Webby Award-winning Instagram account @thingsihavedrawn, and was named one of AdWeek's Global Creator Visionaries of the Year in 2022.
