Marcus oversees VaynerMedia’s International offices across EMEA and APAC, responsible for growing teams and businesses that deliver meaningful results for our clients across the globe.
He was appointed as the first ever company President for the regions in February 2025, leading a team of nearly 600 based in London, Singapore, Amsterdam, Australia, India, Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand.
A VaynerMedia veteran, Krzastek joined the company in 2009 and has been instrumental in its evolution from a small startup to a global agency. Most recently, as President of The Sasha Group, a VaynerX company, he drove a 30% revenue increase while significantly boosting profitability. Earlier in his career, he served as Gary Vaynerchuk’s Chief of Staff, helping launch and scale multiple VaynerX ventures including its analytics and media departments.
