Genevieve began her media career in 2004 at John Ayling & Associates, one of the UK’s pioneering independent media agencies. She joined Goodstuff in 2015, was promoted to the Partner board in 2019, became our first Chief Client Officer in 2023, and in 2024 became our first-ever CEO. Her experience spans retail, including JD Sports, Dunelm and Smyths, alongside deep DTC experience with Harry’s, Bloom & Wild and Tails.com. With client service and Goodstuff’s values at the heart of her role, she now leads a team of more than 120 people, while focusing on key client partnerships, service, martech integration and new commercial initiatives.
