Max Toulliou is EMEA Head of InfoSum at WPP, where he leads the regional growth and client services team. As part of WPP Data & Technology Solutions, Max helps businesses unlock rich, proprietary intelligence through secure collaboration, connecting live signals across clients and partners to drive stronger marketing performance without sharing, moving, or commingling the underlying data.
Max is an experienced commercial leader with over 15 years in data, advertising and adtech. Before WPP’s acquisition of InfoSum in 2025, Max led InfoSum's Client Services team across EMEA. Prior to joining InfoSum, he led MediaMath's Enterprise clients' team across EMEA after having spent a number of years at Somo (Now part of CI&T), an independent mobile agency.
