Michael has over 25 years of experience in marketing, media and international management. Over the course of his career, Michael has lived and worked in
Malaysia, the U.S. and Europe (Austria, Switzerland, UK and France). Michael joined Mindshare Worldwide as Global Chief Operating Officer in November 2021. He was responsible for key global clients, the regions, the operating model, structure and processes across Mindshare’s global operation.
Prior to that Michael was Group CEO of Ebiquity plc – a UK-listed, global media auditing and data analytics consultancy. Before that he held senior management and client leadership roles at Digitas and Razorfish (Publicis Groupe) over a 15-year tenure.
He started his career in marketing consulting and research, went on to manage marketing strategy, data and analytics teams before leading fully integrated global client relationships, and later on moved into agency and client operations. He has almost 10 years of experience serving on boards of companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
