Hamid is Managing Director of Arena Media UK, with over 25 years’ experience across PR, client-side marketing and agency leadership. He has led strategy, creative and analytics teams at some of the UK’s biggest agencies, working with brands including PlayStation, MTV, Nickelodeon, O2 and Puma, and earning Cannes Lions and Campaign awards. At Arena, Hamid is focused on disrupting how agencies work, how they create value and how brands connect with audiences. He leads commercial growth, client partnerships and transformation, having steered Arena’s ambitious 2025 relaunch. Under his leadership, the agency has built one of the UK’s leading gaming specialist teams, while embracing AI, new talent models and a culture that empowers people to challenge convention, create differently and drive meaningful growth for clients. His leadership and impact were recently recognised when he was named The Media Leader's Agency Leader of the Year 2026.
