Sam Coates is VP, Data & Insights at Captify (part of Verve Group), where he leads the global insight, analytics and measurement capability. Sam works with the largest intent dataset outside of the walled gardens, utilising open web search, consumer LLM interactions and zero-party polling data to provide audience insight, competitive intelligence and campaign measurement for brands and agencies.

Prior to Captify, Sam built Ogilvy's Social Intelligence practice and has held consulting roles at Accenture and Mavens of London (now Kantar Analytics). Sam runs a global function but still writes his own Python and SQL and is happiest tinkering with whatever AI tool came out last week.
