Tom Salmon is a people‑centric business leader, strategist and marketer with extensive experience advising agencies, investors and brands. Previously, Tom was Managing Director of award‑winning digital agency Epiphany (now part of Jaywing plc), a £12m turnover business with 190 staff across London, Leeds and Sydney. During his tenure, the agency was named Large Integrated Agency of the Year in 2018 and worked with major brands including Savills, First Direct, Waterstones, TK Maxx and Dixons Carphone. He has also partnered with technology leaders such as Google and Microsoft and has advised organisations across sectors including music, higher education, technology, professional services and retail.
Since 2020, Tom has supported agency founders, leadership teams and investors as an advisor and non‑executive director, specialising in strategy, operational change and proposition development. A firm believer in social impact, he volunteers with the Huddersfield Town FC Foundation, coaches junior cricket, and fundraises for The Pahar Trust Nepal to rebuild schools destroyed by the 2015 earthquake.
