Description
  • As digital video contributes more to reach, how do we improve intra-digital planning and minimise duplication between CTV and online video, and better understand the value of each digital video channel?
  • What purpose does FAST serve for viewers and advertisers: what consumer need-states does it satisfy, and what audiences and environment does it offer vs AVOD, BVOD and linear?
  • How many SVOD viewers can we ‘win back’ to ad-supported TV; How much incremental reach can Netflix and later Disney+ (with ads) provide; What does international streaming add to Canada’s connected TV market?
  • Are we confident that lost linear reach is being replaced by streaming TV reach (including CTV) that is at least as effective – any improvements needed in environment, ad viewing experience, audience…?
  • How can we improve the CTV buying experience, and what programmatic supply path optimisations are possible to boost the % of budget spent on working media and increase transparency?
  • What incremental reach can addressable streamed TV deliver alongside linear TV, and how do we boost our understanding of incrementality and whether the next $ should go to addressable or linear ?
