As Ampersand CEO, Nicolle Pangis and her team are working to build a smarter, more effective television ecosystem by empowering brands to seamlessly connect with audiences wherever and whenever they watch TV. 

Pangis previously served as Global COO within a division of GroupM (WPP) where she led global product management, strategic partnerships and global technology development across the largest media investment management organization in the world. Prior, Pangis was a central figure in the success of pioneering programmatic advertising company Xaxis, serving first as Global Chief Revenue Officer, followed by Global COO.  Earlier, she was President of 24/7 Real Media where she led the company’s business in North America and Europe.

Pangis is recognized for her innovation, thought leadership, and collaboration in building scaled, global technology and teams in the data driven media space for the last two decades across legacy digital, programmatic, and now advanced television.

Nicolle is a member of the Ad Council Board of Directors and VAB Board of Directors. She previously served on the Board of Extreme Reach (sold in 2022.)

A respected leader in the space, Pangis was awarded the 2020 AdExchanger Leadership in Advertising Award, and has earned a spot on the Cablefax 100 since 2020. She was previously named to the Adweek 50 list, AdAge’s 40 Under 40, Crains NY 40 Under 40, and Multichannel News' Women to Watch. Most recently she was recognized by CampaignUS 40 over 40 (2023), Cablefax Most Powerful Women in Media and an honoree in Campaign’s 2023 Inspiring Women Award in the Leading the Charge: Media category.

Pangis received her bachelor’s degree in communication from Boston University and her MBA from Rutgers University.
