Mubin has spent more than 30 years in the Media and Advertising domain. His experience spans the entire gamut of Media Research & Analysis, Strategic Communication Planning, Media Buying & Sales. He has worked in prominent Full-Service Advertising Agencies, Media Specialist Agencies and Media Houses in India and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is one of a handful of people in India who has been directly involved in both the currency Audience Measurement studies of India - Print and TV. He was Vice-Chairman of the Technical Committee for the Indian Readership Survey - the premier readership survey of India.

He was part of the founding team that set up BARC India, the world’s largest TV Audience Measurement System; in a short span of less than two years. As part of the founding team, he was involved in every aspect of the business; with his core areas being the Research aspects – Universe Estimate, Panel Design and Set-up and Measurement Science. He has received certifications from international audit firms on various aspects related to TV audience measurement. He has also co-developed along with the team, two award winning Tech-Research products which are being used at BARC India.
