Jodi O’Donnell was appointed Chief Executive Officer of TVNZ in January 2024.
Jodi has led TVNZ through a period of reset and digital transformation, reshaping the operating model and cost base, and returning the business to profitability.
She has led the acceleration of TVNZ’s Digital+ strategy, with TVNZ+ positioned as a key growth platform and central to the organisations ambition to be New Zealand’s number one streaming platform.
Most recently, she has led the advancement of their streaming platform that expanded TVNZ’s digital capability, enabling greater personalisation and supports future hybrid pay-per-view and event based commercial models, launching in time for the FIFA World Cup 2026.
