As Group Executive, Customer Office at Colonial First State (CFS), Josh is accountable for all aspects of the customer experience including brand, marketing, customer retention and engagement and analytics.
Prior to CFS, Josh was the chief marketing officer at Samsung where he led the transformation of their marketing function.
Josh also has a strong agency background running agencies in Australia and Singapore for 20 years.
In 2020 Josh was named B&T Marketer of the Year and placed 20 in CMO50.
He has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing and finance.
He is also a Sydney 2000 Olympian representing Australia in sailing and a two-time world champion.
