Charlotte is CMO at Bloom & Wild, Europe's leading online flower and gifting platform. Sitting on the Executive Team, she oversees brand, creative, performance marketing, communications, physical product, and customer insight. Joining in 2020, she led the re-brand, developing the 'Care Wildly' platform and ATL media strategy. She previously worked at L'Oréal and is a Marketing Academy Scholarship alumna. She was selected as one of Marketing Week’s Top 100 Most Effective Marketeers in 2025.
