Nicki leads the Media team at the BBC, which is made up of the owned and paid Media and CRM teams. She is responsible for media strategy and execution for all the BBC’s marketing activity, across all brands and platforms.
Nicki joined the BBC in August 2019 from Sainsbury’s Argos where she spent 12 years in various roles in the Marketing department, most recently as Brand and Customer Value Controller. She started her career in media agencies.
Nicki also chairs ISBA’s Future Operating Models Group.
Nicki is a keen cold water swimmer and often has a hot water bottle stashed on her person to warm her up.
