After studying psychology at Oxford, Bill worked briefly as an actor before moving behind the camera to direct many TV drama series and films and winning a BAFTA nomination for his work. In 2004 he joined Maynard Leigh Associates, where he is a Client Director. He has coached many senior leaders, helping them hone their presentation, leadership and personal impact skills. His clients include BT, EY, Penguin Random House, Deutsche Telekom, Cap Gemini, Deliveroo, Micro Focus, Roland Berger, Fidelity and Lexis Nexis. He lives in London but works internationally, most often in Europe and the US.
