A former FTSE‑listed Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle now brings a brand‑led perspective to growth, governance and organisational transformation.
Previously Chief Marketing Officer at Quilter plc, Michelle led the development and launch of the Quilter brand following its FTSE listing, building an award‑winning marketing function and embedding a modern, customer‑led brand strategy across the group. Since then, her remit has expanded well beyond marketing with extensive experience in leading large‑scale change, including the integration of advice and investment businesses, governance and organisational design. Michelle continues to strive for brand relevance in highly regulated markets.
With over 30 years’ experience in financial services, Michelle is a Fellow of both the Marketing Academy and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, she is a regular industry commentator and advocate for inclusive leadership and purpose‑driven brands.
