In a career spanning two decades, Ali has worked as a creative director for some of London's top agencies (R/GA, AKQA, Karmarama, DigitasLBi et al) on the world's most-loved brands (Dulux, Guinness, Nike, British Airways, IKEA, etc), before setting out on her own to found Creative Equals.

Creative Equals is a leading a global company of passionate change-makers. They work with creative and media agencies, NGOs, tech companies, FMCGs companies, healthcare brands, spanning the globe. Brands they work with include the BBC, Aviva, Philips, Bayer, COS clothing, Rocksteady, Reckitt and more, plus media brands and owners like NewsUK, Daily Mail Group, Future, Immediate Media and more. We also work with creative agencies including R/GA TBWA, Ketchum, Media Arts Lab and many others. Creative Equals run global programmes for all markets including Russia, Poland, China, US, Japan, Australia, MENA and EMEA.
