This Masterclass explores how subscription television services can retain customers during a cost-of-living crisis, and how they boost engagement. We all know the challenge: the rise in the cost of living – which is forcing consumers to cut back unnecessary costs. Streaming services have almost become a ubiquitous ‘essential’ for households but even these are not immune from the household spending debate. This session explores ways to minimise churn, boost usage and build long-term engagement and loyalty, and there will be reference to advertiser-funded subscription models. Our Masterclasses are designed to encourage participation and there will be plenty of time for audience questions.
