According to Omdia, almost 4 out of 5 of UK households now have at least one SVOD service. Although streaming video is now ubiquitous, the in-home entertainment landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace with the rise of premium ad-supported online video, the increasing prevalence of hybrid VOD (subscription with advertising VOD) and a FAST market that is set to triple to $12bn in value by 2027. This session will discuss how CTV, FAST, AVOD and hybrid monetisation models are shaping the new TV and video landscape.
