Lydia is the founder and MD of media consultancy, Triple Crown Consulting. TCC provides strategic advice and implementable strategies to start ups and established broadcasters and platforms on launching and scaling their linear and OTT products and services. Lydia is a former lawyer with over 20 years' experience in the media sector across OTT, broadcast and sports. Prior to setting up TCC, Lydia held the role of SVP Commercial Partnerships, EMEA at Discovery Networks (now Warner Bros Discovery) where she led the development of Discovery’s commercial partnerships in EMEA, a region that consists of 140 markets, with 50 channel brands and a suite of direct-to-consumer products. As part of that role, she structured agreements with Sky, Virgin Media and BT in the UK and other European multi-territory partners including Vodafone and Samsung for the rollout of Discovery’s global real-life streaming service discovery+.
