Daniel Rühmann is the CCO and Co-founder of Simply.TV, bringing over a decade of expertise in the metadata industry. He began his career in 2012, playing a key role in founding EPG Systems which was later sold to Gracenote, where he later led business development and product management from 2013 to 2016. From 2017 to 2019, he headed Content Discovery at Red Bee Media (Ericsson), driving innovation in metadata solutions.
At Simply.TV, Daniel oversees strategy, business development, and sales, helping shape the future of metadata through cutting-edge technology. He holds a Master’s in International Business Development from the University of Southern Denmark and is fluent in German, Danish, and English.
