In this session, we’ll explore how to find behavioural science can open a world of opportunities for brands to better understand consumers. Lea Karam, senior behavioural consultant and scientist at Total Media, will share what behavioural science is and the ways in which brands engage with it. We will hear how consumer behaviour is changing over time, including rapid change in the last three years, and how behavioural science can keep brands up to date with the latest consumer insight, including unexpected findings. This session will also explore the additional opportunities granted by bringing behavioural science and marketing together with disciplines such as data science and AI.
