He manages the London office and drives best-in-class performance for clients’ marketing technology, data, skills and ways of working.

Jack feels passionately that independent expert advice is the only way brands can truly accelerate their marketing capabilities, after spending most of his career watching brands get led down the wrong path by agencies, vendors and consultancies with vested interests.
