Emily is the Senior Business Development manager at SuperAwesome; over the last five years she's been focused on empowering global brands such as adidas, EE and L'Oreal as they engage with youth audiences. A focal point of this has been strategising innovative approaches in gaming - whether building and creating in game, or instead tapping into the content creation ecosystem around popular game platforms. Prior to this, Emily amassed a wealth of experience through her involvement in award-winning campaigns in performance marketing for BP, Visit Britain & Deliveroo. Beyond her professional remit, Emily is part of the Bloom community, actively mentoring young women to support her commitment to positive change and growth within our industry.
