A senior industry executive with over 20 years experience in content monetization, commercial and editorial strategies, she has collaborated with leading media companies, online and cloud-based service providers.

Starting her journey at NatGeo/Fox, she served as Regional Director, overseeing P&L for Fox channels in CEE. She then progressed her career with roles at NBC Universal, A+E Networks, Scripps/Discovery and Endemol Shine Group before joining BBC Studios, where she currently operates in EMEA markets. She spearheaded the digital monetization strategy for production studios' catalogues, driving a transition from single to multi-screen exploitation for pay TV providers. She was also honoured as one of the Top 50 VOD Professionals in the UK.

As the Director of Digital and On-Demand for EMEA at BBC Studios, Kasia is responsible for developing, executing, and bolstering strategic plans aimed at expanding digital revenue streams, innovating new digital products, and optimizing audience engagement on various digital platforms across EMEA.
