Dilki Weerakoon is a media strategist and rising industry leader, currently serving as Head of Client Strategy at Talon, where she drives innovative, client-centric approaches to out-of-home (OOH) advertising. With nearly a decade at Talon, she has held pivotal roles including New Business Director and Client Director, leading strategic planning for major accounts. Her career began in promotional marketing and evolved through roles in campaign planning, team leadership, and business development. Recognised as a Media Week 30 Under 30 Winner (2023) and a Media Leader Future 100 honouree (2024), Dilki is also a dedicated MEFA mentor, championing diversity and inclusion in media.
