Cath Offord is Founder of Bicycle Manchester, a new agency built to help ambitious, performance led businesses unlock their next stage of growth through premium video.
Cath has more than 20 years’ experience in media, including 19 years at dentsu where she went on to lead Activation and Delivery across the UK. With a strong background in AV, media investment and commercial leadership, she has worked with brands across sectors to build effective media strategies and navigate an increasingly complex media landscape.
She launched Bicycle Manchester in 2026, backed by the wider Bicycle team, with a focus on making TV, BVOD and CTV more accessible, measurable and commercially accountable for the next generation of growth businesses.
