Nicole Parlapiano is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Tubi, where she leads global Consumer Marketing, B2B Marketing and Communications for the free streaming service built for fandoms.
A true “fan of the fans,” Parlapiano studies the communities shaping culture - from Reddit horror threads to BookTok’s romance fandoms and the creators building bridges to Hollywood. By leaning into personalized discovery, unexpected rabbit holes, and effortless entertainment, she has helped grow Tubi to more than 100 million monthly active users and the world’s largest collection of Hollywood movies and television episodes.
Parlapiano also led Tubi’s brand refresh and award-winning Super Bowl campaigns, introducing the brand to a broad audience with bold, fan-first storytelling. Her work has earned top honors including the Super Clio, Grand Effie and multiple Cannes Lions, and has expanded Tubi’s playful, culture-driven voice internationally, including its UK launch. In close partnership with the CRO, she has helped shape and bring to market Tubi’s value proposition within the media landscape - driving revenue through sales enablement, content and partner marketing, ad product packaging, and high-impact industry events such as NewFronts, Upfronts, Cannes, and CES.

Parlapiano has an MBA from USC and an MS from Fordham University.
