Managing Director of TF1 Pub (€1.5bn revenue, 300+ employees) since 2016, Sylvia Tassan Toffola leads the transformation of the TF1 Group's advertising sales house, driven by one conviction: performance is built on innovation and team engagement.
She joined TF1 Pub as an intern in 1995, then built her career across both agencies and media. Among other roles, she headed AMPLIFI, Dentsu Aegis Network's media trading arm, which handled €2.2bn in annual media buying. For the past 10 years, she has led France's leading advertising sales house.
Under her leadership, TF1 Pub is expanding into cross-media, digital, adtech, AI and agentic, and building new business models that serve sustainable and effective advertising.
