Callum has worked in television for more than two decades, beginning his career in Breakfast TV and building extensive experience across the broadcast and commercial landscape. In 2019, he launched ITV AdVentures, a dedicated subdivision of ITV Commercial focused exclusively on working directly with SMEs, helping ambitious brands harness the power of TV advertising to accelerate growth.

In 2021, Callum was part of the launch team behind ITV’s media-for-equity fund, where he continues to lead the media side of investment deals — partnering with high-growth businesses to scale through strategic media investment.
