Kelly Miller is Managing Director at Cairns Oneil, where she leads client strategy, growth and media innovation for some of Canada’s most recognized brands. With more than 20 years of experience spanning brand marketing, eCommerce, digital transformation and media, Kelly brings a unique perspective shaped by leadership roles on both the client and agency sides of the business.

Prior to joining Cairns Oneil, Kelly held senior marketing and digital leadership roles at organizations including Conagra Brands, Labatt Breweries and GroupM(WPP), where she helped brands navigate the rapidly evolving intersection of media, commerce, technology and consumer behaviour.

Today, Kelly is focused on helping brands connect long-term brand building with measurable business performance, while challenging traditional approaches to media planning and agency partnerships. She is passionate about building modern media organizations that combine strong strategic thinking, data, technology and human insight to drive meaningful growth.
