Dan has more than 15 years’ experience spanning, media, marketing, and market research, with a specialist focus on audience measurement, first at the media owner side and now at Ipsos.
In his current role, as Global Head of Marketing and Business Development within Ipsos’ Audience Measurement specialism, Dan leads Ipsos’s Audience Measurement marketing activity and acts as an ambassador for its product portfolio. He is also the global lead for Ipsos’ syndicated audience research solutions and works with local teams to advise, educate, and create new measurement approaches. His take on the interaction between data and real-world measurement is: "There’s data everywhere these days. It’s what you do with it that makes a difference.” For Dan, that means using insight and intelligence to build practical plans and research strategies in partnership with colleagues and clients.
Dan has also been recognized for pushing for diversity across projects, having led the international DEI focus at The New York Times and is an active member of MEFA.
