Luke is Chief Operating Officer at GroupM UK, where he is responsible for day-to-day operations across the market. He joined GroupM in April 2023 following 23 years at EssenceMediacom UK; during which time he worked his way from a graduate to Managing Director, and most recently Chief Operating Officer.
As a COO, Luke is not only dedicated to helping client and our agencies grow but is integral to the success of these businesses. He is passionate about continuously evolving agency models to become more agile in the face of an ever-changing industry. Outside of his day-to-day role, Luke is also a member of the IPA’s Media Futures Group and Speakers for Schools.
