Paul worked in media agencies for 26 years, from IDK TV Buyer (1995) to Chief Customer Engagement & Growth Officer (2021).
After an unsuccessful attempt at retirement in Devon, he’s working with companies in media and other sectors as an independent business consultant. He is a Trustee for Tommy’s charity.
In 2022 he developed severe anxiety and depression, which led to him cared for by an NHS Suicide Crisis Team. He’s OK now and has learnt as much about himself and life in the last year as he did in the previous 55.
A co-founder of not-for-profit organisation ImNotOK.uk, he’s using the learnings from the bad time to help others.
