Louise’s career spans 20+ years in research for media brands and agencies, and she has worked on a string of award-winning projects including PHD’s Mental Availability, Wavemaker’s Momentum, MEC’s Project Slipstream and IPC’s Origin Panel.

She joined PHD in 2020 and leads a team of talented researchers who are on a mission to redefine the role of insights in modern communications planning. She works with a diverse range of clients across a broad range of categories, including VW, Etsy, Diageo, McCain and Chanel.

Louise’s external commitments include 6 years on the Media Research Group, contributing content to the IPA Advanced Certificate programme, and speaking at industry events. In 2023 she won Adwanted’s Future Media Leader of the Year award and featured in Campaign’s 40 over 40 list.

She is also involved in a number of initiatives to champion cultural and ethnic diversity at work and has twice been recognised on the EMpower Ethnic Minority Role Model List.
