Xanthe Pickford-Avery is Head of Search at one the UK’s leading independent media agency, the7stars, where she also plays a central role in shaping the agency’s people strategy. Alongside leading a high-performing team, Xanthe is part of the internal group responsible for agency-wide training and development, and helped to launch a digital marketing apprenticeship scheme to support the next generation of talent. She plays a key role in recruitment and onboarding, and will soon begin a professional coaching apprenticeship - further fuelling her mission to build a thriving, inclusive, and future-ready industry.
