Submission requirements
Contact Details
Please make sure all contact details are submitted for both the person being nominated and the person submitting the entry (if different to the nominee).
600 Words Maximum
Please do not exceed the word count. The word count is split across each criteria (150 word limit per criteria). If you go over, you risk your submission not being valid.
Images
Please make sure you attach an image of the nominee and your company logo to the email when you submit the entry form.

Please note a late fee is payable for entries submitted after the closing deadline. You will not be able to edit your entry after the closing deadline.
Upon receipt of the submission, you will receive a confirmation email from one of the team.
